We hope to make your visit to Production Futures ON TOUR as fun and productive as possible.  Below you will find our most commonly asked questions, however if you do any have further questions then please do not hesitate to contact us and we’ll be happy to help!

Production Futures ON TOUR is open to anybody from the age of 16+

Registration and entry is completely free of charge.  Tickets can be ordered via Eventbrite, a link is provided in “Our Next Event” page. 

Absolutely – Simply follow the same registration link on the “Next Event” page and select group booking.  We accept all group bookings from educators and educational institutions. A member of our team will be in touch one  you have made your group booking to discuss further logistical arragements to make your visit as simple as possible.

You will receive an e-mail from Eventbrite with a QR code.  This is your entry ticket and must be presented to us on arrival.  Simply scan this QR code when you arrive at the Production Futures ON TOUR event to be given your lanyard and access pass to the show.

Animals are not permitted, except for guide dogs

At The Show

Is there wifi at the show?
Is there a cloakroom at the show?
Is there disabled access at the show?

Is there a quiet space?

We always try to ensure there is public WiFi available at our events.  We encourage the use of our guests to post to social-media and therefore try to ensure there is internet connectivity for everybody.  However, WiFi provision is not  always possible and Production Futures makes no promise that WiFi will be available. 

There is no cloakroom at the show, therefore please only bring anything that you are prepared to carry for the day.

Production Futures ON TOUR requires all areas of the venue, including partner exhibition stands to be wheelchair accessible.  If you have any specific requirements then please do not hesitate to contact us in advance.

There are always vendors selling hot and cold drinks and food for purchase at Production Futures.

Yes, there are seating areas in the lunch area and limited seating around the venue.

We always have a quiet space away from the show floor so you can escape the hustle of the event if you need a quiet space to reset.
