Biography

Industry veteran Dave Keighley has worked in the events industry for over 44 years. Having started out as a stagehand at his local venues in Bradford and Leeds, Dave went on to build his lighting career after touring the USA with the Canadian band Rush. He has since toured and designed lighting rigs for world-renowned music artists such as Twisted Sister, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Richie Blackmore’s Rainbow, The Corrs, Ultravox, Deep Purple, Grace Jones, Adam Ant and many more and was Rush’s European Production Manager for over 6 tours. A career highlight was designing the outside lighting for the 2012 London Olympics Stadium, which was the backdrop to over 20 TV stations and is estimated to have been seen by over 80 billion people.

In his time, he has managed and owned four successful Lighting companies, spent 15 years as the CEO of PRG Europe and has run his own production and design company for 13 years. More recently, he toured with Bon Jovi for the summer of 2019 as one of their three site coordinators before joining PSA in 2020 as their Chairman.
