Jen is an MBA qualified, highly adaptable Managing Director and venue professional with a long-standing background in music, arts, media, corporate and sports events across the UK and Middle East. Starting life at ASM Global at the first direct Arena, Leeds, Jen spent five years working as General Manager, leading the team successfully through an array of industry challenges and venue enhancements. She has since joined the team at the AO Arena, heading up the £50 million redevelopment that will bring a level of extravagant guest experiences that no venue has seen before. With 23+ years working in the venue and entertainment industry, Jen’s varied career includes working with venues and festivals from 400 seats to 80,000, with teams ranging from 30 to 800 staff. Having worked around the world in places such as Qatar and Australia, as well as prestigious UK venues such as the opening of King’s Palace, London, it is Jen’s strong emphasis on output, efficiency and quality that will successfully position the AO Arena as the UK’s first live music venue to have a luxury restaurant and bar experience in-house.
